26 Miles – Last Week

So my first full week of running was completed on Sunday. In 5 trips I ran 26 miles in just over 5 hours. Granted this was on 5 different days so I am in no way saying I am ready to sign up for the Marathon next year, however it did feel really good.

I’m not going to watch the scale too much. Im trying to operate just on mood and feeling and right now it’s pretty good. The Jack3D is¬†definitely¬†helping with the endurance. I threw in some light circuit training work this past week as well.
