26 Miles – Last Week

So my first full week of running was completed on Sunday. In 5 trips I ran 26 miles in just over 5 hours. Granted this was on 5 different days so I am in no way saying I am ready to sign up for the Marathon next year, however it did feel really good.

I’m not going to watch the scale too much. Im trying to operate just on mood and feeling and right now it’s pretty good. The Jack3D is definitely helping with the endurance. I threw in some light circuit training work this past week as well.

I forgot I started this blog many moons ago. Much has happened since then, I bought a house and we recently celebrated our 10th anniversary. I saw some pics of myself and am utterly disgusted. My face and waist are huge.

Went to the gym last night and ran/walked 4 miles. I cant remember the last time I did that. I think the focus needs to be on cardio and diet. Pretty good today, protein, chicken and green beans and salad for lunch.

lets see if I can keep it up. 190 by years end?
