Day 15 | April 26, 2011

So I’m more then halfway there. For my second week weigh in I am at 191, so I have lost a total of about 11 pounds. Im happy with that. My goal as stated previously is to get to 185 by the end of the28 days. What is it about a 28 day period?

So far things are going well. Things I have noticed this past week is that I really dont have much strength nor do I have a real desire to get to the gym. Played tennis last night for the first time in a long time and enjoyed it.

Looking forward to Thursaday night, Further Seems Forever, reunion show in Philly with my boy Nick. Updates to come……
